THE PROCESS

 

Our process is a collaborative effort among a talented team. We apply our experience, creativity, and general thirst for problem solving to a structured process. The results: controlled ingenuity and finished products that meet and exceed expectations.

Our process phases include discovery, strategy, design, and implementation.

Discovery: Gather project requirements, understand target audience, define timelines, set objectives, and define baseline metrics for success.

Strategy: Create project management calendar, define milestones, create overall approach, complete information architecture and wireframes, and begin development exploration and planning.

Design: Create look & feel, screen designs, and logo designs. Select type, fonts, and colors. Define all requirements for development.

Implementation: Execute designs, setup databases and back-end infrastructure, create templates, and test all finished products for quality and accuracy.
